The consideration of built form begins with a wide contextual analysis of the City of Fremantle to take account of existing and projected urban patterns, movement, open space and land use, with the aim of designing a new community that is integral with the wider community and at the same time seeking an individual identity and sense of place that is expressive of our time.
Urban Design
Knutsford St Precinct, Fremantle

The built form and landscape of the proposed Knutsford precinct will be the most tangible embodiment of the urban design undertaken by the team. They represent the three dimensional extrusion of the urban plan. We have considered these as integral to the evolution of our urban design rather than details that follow on from a two dimensional solution.
